Nanga Parbat Area and Gilgit

For a couple of days we cycle in the shadow of Nanga Parbat, whose peak
thrones some 6500m above us.
Then we reach Gilgit, capital of the Northern Areas. For us this is a place
to rest and regenerate, which we feel to need urgently.
